  • No you do not need a referral to see Suzy. If you’d like your GP to send a referral please ask them to complete the referral section on this website. With your consent I can provide periodic written updates to your GP.

  • Please read the section at the bottom of the about page and click one the links. When you receive an approval number please text me your : 1. full name 2. Date of Birth 3. VS approval number,

  • In the coolest building in Newcastle!! (refer to pic) We are a 5 minute walk from Newcastle Interchange train station. We have a confidential office within the building.

  • There is free parking in National Park Street or Market town shopping centre. Alternatively there is paid parking directly out the front of the building. After 5pm parking is free.

  • Yes. Parents must be present at all times for children under 14. Sorry no siblings in attendance.

  • Yes. For young people aged 14 - 18. A carer or parent must be present in the building waiting on our very comfy waiting chairs.

  • Cancellations must be made via text 24 hours before the appointment.

    All efforts will be made to find an alternative time slot on the day.

  • $160 per hour. You do NOT need a referral.

  • Yes, under capacity building and improved daily living skills. CoastWell sees people who are plan or self-managed.
